Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards; communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety laws, procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow specific order instructions and notes.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to foster return business.
• Process orders through the POS system and manage substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist with training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and the elderly.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
