Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Follow directions, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
