Job description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into cars when customers arrive for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.

They initiate and complete the order selection process, assemble and process orders, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing a positive shopping experience.
