Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking, or cashier roles.

Essential Job Functions:

• Efficiently select and gather products for online orders, focusing on freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete order selection processes.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support a cooperative, high-paced work environment, managing conflicts appropriately.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
