Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes product selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag items while following bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also maintain organization, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working efficiently in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity.
