Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Minimum requirements include:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred previous experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier

Job responsibilities include:

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness
• Initiate and complete the order selection process
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars
• Scan and bag items following standards
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup
• Ensure order accuracy and quality, store products appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas
• Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines
• Respond professionally to customer calls
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members
• Meet productivity standards and perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Salary Range: $15.25 - $17.85 per hour.
