Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities include:

1. Initiating and completing selection for online orders.
2. Assembling orders, processing payments, and delivering orders to customers' cars.
3. Scanning and bagging items while adhering to standards.
4. Communicating substitutions or issues to customers.
5. Ensuring order accuracy, quality, and freshness.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Following safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
8. Managing equipment and reporting issues.
9. Training new team members and meeting productivity standards.
10. Providing excellent customer service and managing conflicts professionally.
11. Performing opening and closing procedures as required.
