Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In this role, you will:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
5. Follow all safety, legal, and company policies, including food safety procedures.
6. Engage with customers professionally via phone and in person.
7. Assist in training new team members and support team productivity.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
9. Manage conflicts calmly and act with honesty and integrity.
10. Support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with disabilities, and seniors.
