Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and coordinate delivery and loading of orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards.
• Communicate any substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety procedures, laws, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Follow instructions in order notes and ensure order accuracy.
• Use portable phones to communicate professionally with customers.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into cars, and provide excellent customer service.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions and seek assistance as needed to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
