Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The team assembles orders, processes transactions, and delivers orders to customers' cars during pickup. They scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety and food safety procedures, managing temperature zones for stored products, following instructions, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting discrepancies or equipment issues. The role involves training new team members, meeting productivity standards, and working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must handle conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
