Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and quality. You will also maintain cleanliness, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with honesty and integrity, and providing support to customers with special needs.
