Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will select and prepare customers' online orders, ensuring accuracy and quality. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team is responsible for assembling orders, processing payments, and delivering orders to customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and freshness. Maintain organization and cleanliness, follow safety and food standards, and provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business. You will also perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
