Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' vehicles. The team also communicates substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up, ensuring quality, freshness, and order accuracy. They follow all safety and food handling standards, maintain cleanliness, and support training and productivity standards. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
