Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure quality and freshness of items.
Responsibilities include following all safety, legal, and company guidelines, maintaining organized staging areas, ensuring order accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and supporting diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
