Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag orders while adhering to standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include following safety procedures, storing products correctly, reading and following notes, maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members. The role requires productivity, cooperation in high-paced environments, conflict management, integrity, and the ability to support diverse customer needs.
