Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues with customers during pick-up.
Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, following safety and food standards, and adhering to policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items. The role involves communicating with customers professionally, managing equipment, and supporting team training. The ability to work in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with integrity is essential. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
