Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, follow bagging standards, and communicate order substitutions or issues to customers.
Responsibilities include meeting customer expectations for ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhering to laws and safety procedures; storing products correctly; ensuring order accuracy; maintaining organization; and supporting team training. The role requires the ability to work in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, follow directions, and assist customers, including minors and individuals with special needs.
