Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In this role, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders, assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars. You will scan and bag orders, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintaining cleanliness and organization, following safety procedures, and adhering to policies are essential. You will also assist in training new team members and support a positive, high-paced work environment.
