Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection for online orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
3. Follow all safety, food handling, and legal regulations.
4. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure freshness.
5. Use POS systems to process transactions.
6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
7. Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
8. Assist in training new team members and support team goals.
9. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
10. Support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with disabilities, and seniors.
11. Perform all other duties as required to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
