Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Follow all safety, food handling, and legal guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, respond professionally to customer calls, and maintain cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies or equipment issues, assist in training new team members, and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
