Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They also scan and bag items while adhering to bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include following all food safety and legal regulations, maintaining cleanliness, managing stock and temperature zones, and ensuring order accuracy. The role requires professional communication with customers, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members.
The ideal candidate can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle conflicts calmly, act with integrity, and support customers with special needs. The ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations is required.
