Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities include:

1. Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues at pick-up.
3. Ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage of products.
4. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
5. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
8. Assist in training new team members.
9. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
11. Support customers with diverse needs, including minors, individuals with disabilities, and seniors.
