Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

You will also follow all safety and legal guidelines, store products properly, respond professionally to customer calls, and maintain organization in staging areas. Additional responsibilities include inspecting equipment, assisting in training new team members, and performing opening and closing procedures. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts amicably, act with integrity, and support customers with special needs.
