Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In this role, you'll initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders, assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars. You'll follow all standards for scanning and bagging, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of staging areas, reporting discrepancies, and assisting in training new team members are also key responsibilities. You should be able to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity regarding customer and business information. Supporting interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults is required. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform essential job functions.
