Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Scanning and bagging orders following standards.
• Communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Ensuring order quality, freshness, and accuracy.
• Following all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Storing products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Responding professionally to customer calls.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Reporting discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Supporting new team members and meeting productivity standards.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and managing conflicts appropriately.
• Acting with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
