Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag orders, follow bagging standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and legal standards, and assisting in training new team members. Productivity, teamwork, and excellent customer service are essential. Must manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity, following all policies and procedures. Ability to support customers with special needs is required. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
