In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
Responsibilities include meeting customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhering to all food safety laws and company guidelines; storing products in optimal conditions; ensuring order accuracy; and providing excellent customer service.
Additional duties involve following POS procedures, managing out-of-stock substitutions, maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support customers with special needs.
