Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for online customer orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or exceptions at pickup.
3. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness; store products in appropriate temperature zones.
4. Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines, including food safety procedures.
5. Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring a positive service experience.
6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
7. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
8. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
9. Meet or exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
10. Manage conflicts constructively and act with honesty and integrity.
11. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
12. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
