Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The associate scans and bags orders following standards, communicates substitutions or exceptions, and ensures order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include adhering to all laws, safety procedures, and company policies, storing products properly, and maintaining cleanliness. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork in a high-paced environment.
