Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In this role, the In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' vehicles. The associate scans and bags items, follows all bagging standards, and communicates substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and food standards, and providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

The role requires following policies, managing conflicts professionally, acting with honesty and integrity, and supporting customers of all ages and needs. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations is necessary.
