Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction through ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure quality.
9. Communicate with customers professionally via phone.
10. Verify order accuracy and load into customers' vehicles.
11. Process orders through POS system and handle substitutions appropriately.
12. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
13. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
14. Perform opening and closing procedures.
15. Assist in training new team members.
16. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
17. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
18. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
