Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and ensure order accuracy during pickup.
3. Scan and bag orders following standards, and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers.
4. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
5. Adhere to all legal, safety, and company guidelines.
6. Store products in appropriate temperature zones following order receipt.
7. Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
8. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone, responding promptly to inquiries.
9. Load orders into customers' cars accurately and efficiently.
10. Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
12. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
13. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
14. Assist in training new team members.
15. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
16. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
17. Manage conflicts calmly and constructively.
18. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
19. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
20. Support and assist vulnerable populations, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
