Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag orders, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers. They ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety and legal standards. They also handle equipment, assist in training, and support a high-paced environment, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service.
