Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
3. Follow all bagging standards and maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
4. Ensure product quality and freshness, store items in proper temperature zones.
5. Use portable phones to communicate with customers and respond professionally.
6. Retrieve and load orders into customers' cars, ensuring accuracy.
7. Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
8. Adhere to all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
9. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
10. Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
11. Meet or exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
12. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
13. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
14. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
