Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping experience, cleanliness, and product variety.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality.
• Follow instructions and notes for order accuracy.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Handle conflicts professionally and ethically.
