Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection processes for online customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and handle substitutions or exceptions during pick-up.
• Follow all food safety procedures, local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phones and respond promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and maintain staging area organization and cleanliness.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts appropriately.
• Act with honesty and integrity, following directions, and seeking assistance when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
