Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers/loading orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, following all standards, and communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.

Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding customer expectations, adhering to safety and legal standards, storing products properly, ensuring quality and freshness, and maintaining organization and cleanliness. The role involves using POS systems, managing substitutions, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members.
