Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Follow all bagging standards and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones and ensure quality and freshness.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone and respond promptly to calls.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
