Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag orders, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.

You will meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness. Adhere to all laws, safety procedures, and company policies. Ensure order accuracy, store products properly, and maintain a clean workspace. Use the POS system to process orders, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and report discrepancies. Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
