Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure quality, freshness, and order accuracy. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members. Candidates should work well under pressure, manage conflicts calmly, act with integrity, and support diverse customer needs.
