Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. The team follows all bagging standards, communicates substitutions or exceptions at pick-up, and ensures order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include maintaining organization and cleanliness, following safety and legal guidelines, and supporting new team members. The role requires the ability to work in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity. Support is provided to customers with diverse needs, including minors, individuals with disabilities, and older adults.
