Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Assemble, process, and deliver orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Follow all food safety procedures and legal regulations.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring freshness.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone, responding promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
• Provide excellent customer service to foster repeat business.
• Process orders through POS system and handle substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
