Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, following all bagging standards, and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.

Responsibilities include meeting customer expectations for ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhering to laws and safety procedures; storing products properly; ensuring order accuracy; maintaining organization; reporting discrepancies; inspecting equipment; performing opening and closing procedures; training new team members; and working cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

The role requires honesty, integrity, following directions, conflict management, and providing support to diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. The position can be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
