Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also maintain cleanliness and organization, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity. Support for customers with special needs or in sensitive situations is also part of the role. The position requires the ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
