Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items according to standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and freshness.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety and legal standards, managing staging areas, maintaining equipment, assisting in training new team members, and meeting productivity goals. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, follow directions, and support customers with special needs.
