Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers’ cars.
3. Scan and bag items following bagging standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
4. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick-up.
5. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to all food safety laws, company policies, and procedures.
7. Handle orders from the Order Selector, store products properly, and ensure order accuracy.
8. Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
9. Ensure order correctness and load orders into customers' vehicles safely.
10. Follow POS procedures and policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
12. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
13. Assist in training new team members and support team productivity.
14. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
15. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
16. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
17. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
