Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. The role includes scanning and bagging orders, communicating substitutions or issues, and ensuring order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include adhering to safety and food handling standards, maintaining organization, reporting discrepancies, and assisting in training new team members. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity.
