Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete selection of online customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customer vehicles.
• Follow all bagging standards and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage of items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
