Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Minimum qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written

Desired previous experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or as a cashier

Responsibilities include:

• Select and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring quality and freshness
• Process orders, coupons, and payments accurately
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas
• Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Assist in training new team members and adapt to process improvements

Salary Range: $18.50 - $23.85
