Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking, or as a cashier.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting expectations for ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
• Store and handle products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow instructions carefully, ensuring order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Learn and adapt to new processes and assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $23.85 per hour.
